Corporate & Convention Service

Keep the MCO-to-hotel arrival separate from any hotel-to-OCCC journey. If you are going straight to IAAPA Expo, use the OCCC building and entrance specified in your current event information, together with the time you need to arrive. Your hotel name alone does not identify the convention drop-off. Confirm each journey and return with SABERLANE; conference registration is arranged separately.

Provide the event, date, OCCC building and entrance, hotel addresses, pickup times, number of passengers and bags, child seats and an on-site contact. Separate airport arrivals, hotel transfers and returns. SABERLANE reviews the itinerary and vehicle availability before written confirmation.

Request every address, pickup window, meeting duration and return leg together. A single transfer and a multi-stop schedule have different requirements. Allow time for loading and luggage, and confirm each movement and vehicle configuration. Additional vehicles and schedule changes require availability and an agreed total.

Contact SABERLANE as soon as you know the revised time or entrance. Include your reservation reference and affected leg. The team must accept the change and confirm any effect on availability, waiting or the total. SABR can explain the process but cannot modify the reservation.

Please discuss procurement documents and billing requirements with SABERLANE before booking. Corporate credit and consolidated billing require a separate confirmed arrangement. The published reservation process requires full payment and written confirmation; a D-U-N-S number does not establish credit terms.
