Passengers & luggage

Include the passenger count, luggage and child-seat needs so the vehicle and seating arrangement can be reviewed before confirmation.

Destination & stops

Provide the complete destination address and request stops in advance. Route, timing and long-distance availability are confirmed individually.

Meeting point

SABERLANE reviews your arrival details and confirms the authorized meeting point in writing. Terminal access and pickup instructions may change.

Airport arrivals

Airport arrivals include Meet & Greet and flight monitoring, with no additional charge for waiting if your flight is delayed. Your fixed transportation rate is shown in the form before payment. Allow time for immigration, customs and baggage when applicable.

Cruise arrivals

Disembark and collect all luggage before requesting vehicle entry. The chauffeur coordinates the final approach by mobile phone, following the terminal's access instructions.

Extra stop time is billed in 15-minute blocks at 25% of the hourly rate for the booked vehicle. Flight delays on a booked airport arrival do not incur extra wait charges.
