Bookings and acceptance

These terms govern private transportation booked with G0N2 Services, LLC dba SABERLANE, referred to as SABERLANE. Contact address: 17100 Edgemont Ln, Clermont, FL. The booking party must be at least 18, have authority to contract and share service and safety instructions with passengers. The booking party cannot waive rights that the law reserves to other passengers.

A reservation requires availability, an accepted itinerary and price, full payment and written confirmation issued through the LimoFlow booking process. A quote, request, Priced status, customer-supplied payment receipt or discussion with a driver does not confirm service. WhatsApp is for questions and coordination; it does not confirm bookings or changes. Acceptance must be associated with the version presented before payment. Browsing the website alone does not authorize charges.

Reservation-specific terms disclosed and accepted before payment govern that reservation over general terms, subject to law. A later amendment changes only what is expressly accepted. These terms govern new reservations accepted from publication on September 28, 2026. They do not create retroactive charges.

Advance notice and trip details

Notice runs from receipt of the request to pickup in the pickup location’s local time, separately for each leg and return. Orlando, MCO, SFB, ISM, ORL and their FBOs, Port Canaveral and other local services require at least 2 hours. Other airports outside that group, including Daytona Beach, Melbourne, Tampa and St. Pete–Clearwater, require at least 6 hours. Miami, Fort Lauderdale and nearby areas, including MIA, FLL, local FBOs, PortMiami and Port Everglades, require more than 24 hours. Exactly 24 hours does not meet that last rule.

These are request windows, not cancellation windows, and do not guarantee availability. Requests outside them require manual review and express confirmation; they are never automatically accepted. Check the date, time zone, precise address and entrance, passengers, luggage, flight or cruise, stops, child seats and mobile contact. Report errors promptly.

Changes and same-day rescheduling

Any change to time, pickup point, destination, route, stops, passengers or vehicle is subject to availability, safety and SABERLANE’s written acceptance recorded in LimoFlow. The confirmed itinerary remains in force until acceptance is received. A driver may relay instructions but cannot alter prices, promise availability or waive these terms.

Before the full-refund deadline there is no administrative fee for a reasonable change, although the price and accepted costs may change. After that deadline, a change that prevents the original service or requires a different resource allocation may be treated as cancellation and a new booking. The applicable charge, new price and available alternatives will be explained before acceptance. Merely asking about a change or making a minor adjustment does not automatically trigger a penalty.

Moving pickup later does not renew the cancellation window or restart complimentary minutes once operational service has begun. A genuinely separate new booking has its own terms; an amendment preserves the history and charges properly accrued.

Vehicle assignment and dispatch

Assigned means a driver and vehicle have been allocated. Dispatched means the driver has started the operational journey for that service. On-site means the vehicle is ready at the authorized meeting point or the staging area required by the airport, port or venue, and meeting instructions have been communicated.

Assignment alone does not start waiting charges. If the customer changes pickup after dispatch or arrival, SABERLANE may offer to hold the vehicle, release it and quote another service, or decline the change if unavailable. A change does not erase time or costs already properly accrued under accepted terms. It does not guarantee continued availability of the same driver or vehicle.

An early arrival chosen by SABERLANE does not start the customer’s clock early. Time caused by SABERLANE’s lateness, preparation or error is excluded from billable waiting. Waiting ends when transportation starts, SABERLANE releases the resource or receives an instruction to release it, whichever occurs first. The vehicle’s subsequent return journey is not Vehicle Hold.

Complimentary waiting and Vehicle Hold

General pickups at hotels, residences and locations other than airports and ports include 30 minutes from confirmed pickup. Airports and FBOs follow their own rule: 15 minutes from the confirmed meeting time, not touchdown. Port Canaveral, PortMiami and Port Everglades have a specific 30-minute allowance from confirmed pickup. There is one allowance per vehicle and leg; a customer’s change does not renew it. If SABERLANE makes the vehicle ready late, the customer retains the full allowance.

Vehicle Hold is additional time for which the customer asks SABERLANE to keep a driver and vehicle reserved and SABERLANE agrees. It is chargeable only when the hourly rate per vehicle, billing increment, start, time or amount limit and retained units have been disclosed and accepted in writing before accrual. Without that acceptance, no automatic charge applies. Continued availability remains subject to scheduling and legal rest requirements.

Charging starts after the applicable allowance and never before the vehicle is ready and the expressly authorized start. Each vehicle is calculated separately: hourly rate × billable minutes ÷ 60, using the previously accepted block rounding. Every unit has its own start and end. Holding three SUVs is not the same as holding one. Excluded intervals are deducted before rounding; messages and amendments do not trigger repeated rounding.

The same minutes cannot be charged as pickup waiting, Vehicle Hold, stop time and overtime simultaneously. Waiting solely caused by delay of the reported, monitored flight remains free. Additional pickup waiting without an expressly accepted Vehicle Hold is coordinated without charge, subject to availability. Existing bookings retain the policy they accepted.

Cancellation and reservation charges

Request cancellation in LimoFlow or send a complete written request to booking@saberlane.co or SABERLANE WhatsApp +1 (689) 250-0205, with the name, booking number and affected leg. The effective time is receipt of the complete request, not SABERLANE’s processing time. An acknowledgement will be issued and the record updated. Receiving a cancellation by WhatsApp does not make it a channel for confirming new services or changes. Keep a copy and follow up through another written channel if no acknowledgement arrives.

Standard Sedan or SUV transfers: 24 hours or more, full refund; 6 to less than 24 hours, 50% charge; less than 6 hours, 100% charge. Day, long-distance or multi-stop services booked as a transfer: 48 hours or more, full refund; 24 to less than 48 hours, 50% charge; less than 24 hours, 100% charge. Transit, Sprinter Bus, high-capacity, specially sourced and affiliate services: 72 hours or more, full refund except a previously disclosed and accepted non-refundable external cost; less than 72 hours, 100% charge. The cancellation category must be disclosed before payment; the affiliate category takes priority where applicable. Later substitution cannot tighten accepted conditions.

The percentage applies to the confirmed affected-service price, excluding voluntary gratuities and separately itemized variable expenses not incurred. Special-event or deposit terms apply only if accepted before payment. Each leg is assessed separately unless an indivisible package was expressly accepted. Two penalties cannot be added for the same event, nor costs already covered by the cancellation charge. Recoveries must be credited where required by law. Charges must lawfully and proportionately reflect reserved resources rather than an arbitrary penalty.

For new standard hourly bookings, cancellation received more than 1 hour before pickup receives a full refund; 1 hour or less, or absence for the reserved period, incurs the booked transportation amount. Specially sourced vehicles, Sprinter Bus and affiliate bookings retain the specific cancellation terms disclosed and accepted before payment. Existing reservations retain their accepted terms.

No-shows and resource release

A no-show occurs when a passenger fails to attend the confirmed location, abandons pickup or takes other transportation without cancelling, while SABERLANE was able to provide the service. Before releasing for absence, SABERLANE will verify the location and vehicle readiness, allow the applicable grace period and document at least two contact attempts 10 minutes apart and a release notice. The driver must be reachable. SABERLANE’s failure to arrive, incorrect meeting instructions or obstruction of the meeting cannot be treated as the customer’s no-show.

A transfer no-show may result in 100% of the cancellation price basis. No second cancellation penalty or ordinary waiting charge applies to the same interval. Vehicle Hold may be added only for separately authorized additional time not covered by that charge. For hourly bookings, absence uses the reserved period; release for no-show does not occur before that period ends unless the customer instructs release, safety requires it or an express agreement permits it. If a delay is reported, SABERLANE will state whether it can continue; a message does not require indefinite vehicle availability.

Airports and flights

Arrival service includes Meet & Greet and meeting coordination within the confirmed fare. Provide the airline and flight number for monitoring; if unavailable, request coordination and provide them later. Missing flight details do not prevent a service request but limit monitoring. A different flight number, airport or date must be expressly reported.

Ordinary early arrivals and delays of the reported flight receive reasonable operational adjustment without charges for waiting caused by that flight. The meeting time is confirmed with allowance for deplaning, luggage and customs. The 15 minutes run from that meeting time; a flight-driven operational adjustment is not a voluntary customer change. Shopping, dining or other activities after the passenger is ready may require an accepted Hold. Waiting never guarantees unlimited availability; reasonable alternatives will be offered for exceptional disruption.

If the airline cancels before dispatch, the customer may request a one-time rescheduling credit for the affected airport transfer, valid for 12 months, subject to availability and fare differences. A requested refund follows the cancellation schedule. Airline cancellation after dispatch is not automatically refundable; any credit will account for documented costs without duplication. If SABERLANE cannot perform, SABERLANE’s non-performance clause applies.

Ports and cruises

Provide the cruise line, ship, date, terminal if known, passengers, luggage and a working phone number. Docking time is not passenger disembarkation time. Pickup is confirmed around disembarkation and has a specific 30-minute allowance. Passengers must have disembarked, collected all luggage and follow the driver’s instructions. The vehicle may stage in an authorized area rather than remain at the curb.

Terminal changes, inspections, immigration and cruise schedules require coordination and do not automatically amend the booking. If the cruise line cancels before dispatch, SABERLANE may grant a one-time rescheduling credit within 12 months, subject to availability and fare difference. Otherwise the applicable cancellation policy governs, subject to SABERLANE’s inability to perform and legal rights. Transportation to a port does not include a cruise ticket, restricted-area access or a boarding guarantee.

Hourly service, short tours and overtime

Starting hourly transportation rates per vehicle: Luxury Sedan US$100, Full Size SUV US$110, Signature Suburban Premier US$125, Escalade US$160, Sprinter Bus US$200. Choose your preferred available vehicle in LimoFlow. The standard minimum is 3 hours, with starting transportation totals of US$300, US$330, US$375, US$480, US$600, respectively. The same hourly rates apply to local service, tours and visits inside or outside Orlando, and parties and events booked by the hour. These rates match LimoFlow and apply to new reservations from October 2, 2026; existing reservations retain their accepted price. Long-distance transfers continue to use route-based fares. Actual addresses, the itinerary, distance allowance, any additional charges and the total must be confirmed before payment. Voluntary gratuity is optional.

The reserved period starts at the confirmed pickup time, even if passengers arrive later. Stops and waiting consume that period without a second time charge. Early completion does not reduce the reserved block. The booking includes 40 km (approximately 24.85 miles) per reserved hour within the agreed operating area. The exact itinerary and allowance are stated before payment. Unlimited mileage and garage-to-garage billing are not presumed.

Additional distance, an ending outside the starting city and any required return to that city must be quoted and accepted before the change. Extension is subject to vehicle and driver availability. Approved additional time is billed in commenced 30-minute blocks at the vehicle’s hourly rate, with the resulting amount rounded up once to the next US$5. Minutes already covered by the reservation are not charged again. No overtime is charged solely for ordinary traffic on the confirmed itinerary or SABERLANE’s failure.

Selected short local tours may be booked for less than 3 hours only when their published option and written confirmation explicitly state the shorter duration and total. This exception does not apply automatically to ordinary hourly hire. All short services have a minimum transportation fare of US$50. Attraction tickets, meals, activities and guides are separate unless expressly included.

Stops and route amendments

Transfers cover the confirmed itinerary. Each stop must be lawful, safe and accepted; a time allowance does not make added transportation free. Each agreed en-route stop includes up to 30 minutes without a time charge. Cruise transfers include one agreed en-route stop of up to 30 minutes requested when booking. A new stop, extra pickup or detour may change the transportation fare with prior acceptance.

An approved extension after 30 minutes is charged in 15-minute blocks, each at 25% of the vehicle’s hourly rate disclosed before extension. An unaccepted rate cannot be invented or applied retroactively. Excess minutes at the same stop are combined before rounding. Stop time is not duplicated with hourly service, overtime or Vehicle Hold.

Fares and expenses

The minimum transportation fare for a short service is US$50. SABERLANE transportation amounts are rounded upward to a multiple of US$5: US$141 becomes US$145, while US$145 stays US$145. This rounding is applied once to the calculated transportation amount; it does not authorize undisclosed fees. The confirmed total shown before payment governs the reservation.

The LimoFlow total is inclusive for the selected itinerary and confirmed inclusions. There is no traffic surcharge or second airport or Meet & Greet charge for items already included. Voluntary tips are optional; any mandatory gratuity or service charge must be identified in the total before payment.

Tolls, parking, port fees, taxes, additional mileage and third-party expenses may be added only for an accepted change or additional service, when not already included and after disclosure of the amount or a verifiable calculation method. Actual expenses are supported by receipts when available. Open-ended fuel, night, holiday or administrative surcharges are not added after confirmation. Any processing fee must appear in the total before payment. Amounts are in USD unless expressly stated otherwise.

Car seats and boosters

SABERLANE provides up to 2 car seats and 2 booster seats free per service; Sprinter Bus includes up to 4 car seats and 4 booster seats free. Request them when booking. Sprinter Bus also includes refreshments. State the quantity, type, each child’s age and approximate weight, and height where needed to select the restraint. Free provision still requires safe seating configuration and availability to be checked before confirmation.

Every child counts as a passenger and needs an appropriate seat and restraint. The accompanying adult must check fit and secure the child; SABERLANE and its driver retain their legal safety, installation and care duties. Travel will not begin with an unsafe or unlawful setup. If SABERLANE fails to provide a confirmed restraint, it will coordinate a safe solution without shifting responsibility for that failure to the customer. Additional requests require an express quote and confirmation.

Capacity and luggage

Published Sprinter Bus capacity is up to 15 passengers; this does not mean 15 suitcases. The commercial Luxury Sedan category uses a Lincoln Aviator or similar and retains its confirmed configuration of up to 3 passengers and 3 bags. The Aviator is an SUV even though the commercial category is called Sedan. Signature Suburban Premier and Full Size SUV are booked according to the capacity and configuration recorded in the confirmation.

Actual capacity depends on the vehicle, luggage dimensions and child seats. Declare bags, strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment and bulky items. Belted seating, weight and safe luggage limits must not be exceeded. An extra vehicle needed because of incorrect information requires availability and an accepted price; it is not presumed included. If accurate details were confirmed and SABERLANE assigned insufficient capacity, SABERLANE will correct its error. Passengers should keep cash, jewelry, documents and fragile items in their care, without excluding legal responsibility for provider fault.

Conduct and safety

Seat belts and child restraints must be used. Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, unlawfully carried weapons, threats, harassment and behavior that distracts or endangers the driver are prohibited. Food and alcohol require approval; alcohol cannot be consumed where prohibited by law. Sealed water is permitted.

The driver may refuse or interrupt a trip for an objective safety or legal reason, seeking a safe location and documenting the incident. Charges for the unperformed portion depend on the cause, committed resources and law; all customer rights are not automatically forfeited. The booking party is responsible for damage attributable to its group to the extent lawful, not for SABERLANE’s fault. Medical and emergency services are not provided.

Damage and extraordinary cleaning

Normal wear and routine cleaning are included. Extraordinary soiling or damage attributable to the group may result in reasonable, documented professional cleaning, repair and substantiated actual loss-of-use costs. Published reference amounts are USD 150 for excessive cleaning, USD 250 for smoke or vaping remediation and USD 350 for bodily fluids or biohazards. These are not cumulative fines or authority to exceed a reasonable substantiated cost; the same cleanup is not billed more than once.

A description, photographs where appropriate, receipt or supported estimate and breakdown will be provided before an additional charge. A higher cost requires justification and applies only to the extent lawful and authorized. Disputed damage is reviewed; acceptance of these terms does not turn an unsupported allegation into a debt or authorize unlimited debits.

Lost property

Check the vehicle at the end of service and report a loss promptly with the booking number and a description. SABERLANE will make reasonable efforts to locate and safeguard found items and arrange return. Shipping or special delivery requires prior acceptance of its cost. Recovery of an item not located cannot be guaranteed. This clause does not exclude responsibility for negligence, misappropriation or legal duties concerning found property.

Weather traffic and force majeure

Severe weather, official closures, emergencies and airport or port restrictions may require delay, rerouting, rescheduling or cancellation for safety. SABERLANE will communicate and take reasonable steps to reduce the effects. Force majeure does not automatically include any mechanical breakdown, staffing shortage or avoidable maintenance issue.

If the customer cancels while service can lawfully and safely proceed, the accepted cancellation schedule applies. If service cannot be performed, the unperformed portion is refunded or a credit is voluntarily agreed; only unrecoverable external costs disclosed and accepted before payment and lawful to retain may be deducted. A credit does not replace a legally required refund. Ordinary traffic on the confirmed itinerary does not create an extra charge.

Delays and missed connections

Travel times are estimates. Customers must allow for traffic, security, luggage, documentation and airline, cruise and event deadlines. SABERLANE does not guarantee boarding or a connection controlled by third parties. For delays it will communicate reasonable alternatives; it does not automatically undertake to pay tickets, hotels, meals, reservations or lost earnings.

To the extent permitted by law and subject to the liability exceptions below, indirect or consequential losses from delays and missed connections are excluded. This does not remove refunds for unperformed service or liability legally attributable to SABERLANE. Both customer and SABERLANE must seek to reduce reasonably avoidable losses.

Substitution and partner operators

If the confirmed vehicle becomes unavailable, SABERLANE may offer an equivalent or higher category without charge, with sufficient capacity, restraints and safety arrangements. A specific model is guaranteed only if expressly contracted as such. A lower category or material change requires acceptance and an appropriate price adjustment; if a reasonable alternative is not accepted and SABERLANE cannot deliver the contracted service, the unperformed service is refunded.

SABERLANE provides service directly and through partner operators. Signature Suburban Premier and Full Size SUV are offered as direct operation; Luxury Sedan and Escalade through partners; Sprinter Bus may be direct or partner-operated depending on the booking. Images do not establish ownership of every unit. SABERLANE remains the coordination contact and retains responsibilities attributable to its selection, instructions or own acts; engaging a third party does not remove those duties. Stricter partner conditions are not added after payment without acceptance.

Payments charge authorization and disputes

The cardholder authorizes the confirmed price and only previously disclosed and accepted additions within their stated purpose, calculation and limit. Acceptance may be recorded in LimoFlow or by written authorization attached to the booking. Saving a card does not imply unlimited authorization. Do not send full card numbers or security codes by WhatsApp or email.

Each addition is documented with the leg, vehicle, reason, rate, period and total. An amount exceeding the authorized limit or lacking valid authorization requires new approval or an invoice for review; it is not automatically debited. SABERLANE may retain and present authentic booking, acceptance, payment and service records to resolve disputes.

Report billing errors to booking@saberlane.co for investigation. Customers do not waive issuer rights, valid chargebacks or statutory deadlines. There is no automatic penalty for disputing a charge. A chargeback alone does not determine a valid underlying contractual obligation; there will be no double collection while it is resolved. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, with additional bank posting time possible.

Minors pets and accessibility

Minors travel with a responsible adult unless a special service is expressly accepted in writing with guardian authorization, designated handoff and receiving adults and a safe procedure. Ordinary bookings do not include childcare. No blanket waiver of a minor’s rights is accepted.

Pets require advance approval and an agreed carrier or safe restraint. Any cost must be disclosed before acceptance. Service animals are accommodated as required by law without a surcharge, deposit or certification or advance-notice requirement as a condition of access. Only legally permitted questions and restrictions apply. Actual damage follows the same general rule as for other passengers; the animal’s mere presence is not chargeable.

Tell us about mobility needs so a suitable solution can be arranged. SABERLANE does not promise accessible equipment it has not confirmed and complies with applicable accessibility and nondiscrimination duties.

Liability limits and non-waivable rights

SABERLANE must perform with the care required by law. To the extent lawful, for purely economic contractual claims its aggregate liability is limited to the greater of USD 1,000 or three times the affected service price. This limit does not reduce refunds properly due for unperformed service or amounts improperly charged.

The economic cap and every exclusion in these terms do not apply to death or personal injury, property damage caused by negligence, gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, fraud, misappropriation, statutory consumer, privacy or nondiscrimination rights, or any obligation or remedy that law prohibits limiting. They also do not exclude legally attributable obligations arising from drivers or partner operators. Customers are not required to indemnify SABERLANE for SABERLANE’s own fault.

Where law requires greater protection, it prevails. These terms do not guarantee immunity from claims or eliminate all liability.

SABERLANE non-performance

If SABERLANE cannot provide the contracted service, it will offer a reasonable alternative without additional cost where available. If service is not performed and no alternative is accepted, the unperformed portion is refunded without a customer cancellation charge. That refund does not replace other rights or damages available under law.

Privacy and external links

SABERLANE’s Privacy Policy at https://www.saberlane.co/privacy explains data processing. Necessary information is used for bookings, coordination, payment and disputes under that policy and applicable law. Marketing consent is separate from communications needed for the trip.

LimoFlow, payment processors and linked sites have their own terms for their functions. A link does not automatically incorporate new transportation obligations or remove SABERLANE’s responsibilities. Unnecessary health or identity information is not required for an ordinary booking.

Governing law severability and amendments

Florida law and applicable federal law govern without displacing mandatory consumer protections. Where legally valid, disputes may be brought in competent courts in Lake County, Florida or the competent federal court; customer forums guaranteed by law are preserved. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

An invalid provision is severed or limited only as necessary, with the remainder continuing where possible. Delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. SABERLANE will publish the date and version of future amendments; they do not retroactively alter accepted reservations. Translation does not reduce rights: the text actually presented and accepted governs, subject to legal interpretation and consumer-protection rules.
