Prepare your convention transportation
Start with the appointment that cannot move
Share when you need to be inside the event as well as your pickup time. Allow for your registration, access checks and movement through the venue. Use the organizer’s current instructions to identify the building, room and entrance.
Separate airport, hotel and venue journeys
An MCO or Sanford arrival at your hotel does not automatically include another ride to the convention. List every address and time, including dinners and the return. If you need a vehicle during a continuous period between appointments, explore hourly service.
Prepare the group before choosing a vehicle
Gather the passenger count, luggage and presentation materials, and say whether the party arrives on different flights. Choose an available category for the complete load; multiple pickups, vehicles or destinations must be expressly included in the itinerary.
