Book Your Ride

Meeting point & terminal

SABERLANE sends Meet & Greet instructions for your Sanford arrival. Follow the confirmed meeting point after collecting your luggage; taxi, rideshare and other commercial pickup areas are not interchangeable. Keep your passenger phone available to coordinate the vehicle’s approach.

Details to plan your transfer

Share airline and flight number when available, the arrival date, passenger contact, luggage and your hotel or full destination address. Flight details can be provided later. Sanford-to-resort travel is planned from SFB, rather than using the travel time or meeting instructions for MCO.

Destinations & surrounding area

Sanford, Lake Mary, Winter Park, downtown Orlando, Universal Orlando, Walt Disney World, Kissimmee and Lake Buena Vista.

Orlando Sanford (SFB) pickup

Confirm SFB on your itinerary; Orlando Sanford is a different airport from MCO. Collect your bags and complete any arrival formalities.
Follow the SABERLANE meeting instructions sent for your flight. An inside-terminal meeting point and the vehicle boarding zone are different places; stay at the agreed meeting point until your driver directs you.
SFB’s published ground-transport pickup zones are across the street from Baggage Claim 1–3. This is a general airport reference, not an assigned SABERLANE space. Confirm the authorized boarding point before crossing or moving with your luggage.

Your written pickup instructions and airport signs take priority. Do not change terminal or join another transport queue without checking with your driver. For a ride to the airport, provide your airline and departure terminal; arrival meeting instructions do not determine hotel pickup time. Airport pickups include 15 minutes from the confirmed meeting time, not from landing. Existing booking and waiting conditions apply.
