Airport pickups include 15 minutes from the confirmed meeting time, not from landing. Flight delays are tracked without a waiting charge. Additional pickup waiting is coordinated without a fee unless a separate Vehicle Hold, with its rate and limit, is expressly accepted in advance. Availability applies.
The first 30 minutes at each agreed stop are included. Extra stop time is charged in 15-minute blocks at 25% of the applicable hourly rate, disclosed and accepted before an extension.

Service policiesShare your flight and the exact hotel or resort name in Orlando Resorts. Include luggage, strollers and car-seat requests so the vehicle can be prepared for your group. For a round trip, add the return date, pickup time and exact resort address in the booking form; the return leg takes you back to SFB.
Flight details are optional when you book and can be provided later. A failed flight lookup does not prevent a booking request.
Confirm that your arriving airport is Orlando Sanford (SFB), then share the airline, flight number, date and resort’s full address. Once you land, message SABERLANE at +1 689 250 0205 on WhatsApp and collect your luggage. Stay inside the terminal at the meeting point confirmed for your flight; SABERLANE supplies the exact level and side instead of using MCO instructions. Tell us about child seats, luggage and any requested store stop before the reservation details are confirmed.

Estimated travel time: 55–85 min. Sanford is a different airport from MCO, so its pickup plan and journey must be entered separately in the reservation form.
SABERLANE provides the inside-terminal meeting point for your SFB flight, including the level and side. After landing, message us on WhatsApp and remain at the agreed point after collecting your bags. Do not follow MCO pickup instructions.
SABERLANE monitors the flight number you provide and adjusts the arrival pickup to its actual progress. Waiting caused by a delayed flight has no additional charge. Send any airline or flight-number change to SABERLANE on WhatsApp so we can update your arrival details.
Send the resort’s complete name, address and entrance, together with passengers, luggage and requested stops. Disney, Universal and other Orlando-area resorts have different destinations; the form shows the fixed transportation rate for your specific trip before confirmation.
