BMES identifies World Center Marriott as its host hotel. The hotel notice reviewed October 18 says Wednesday night, October 21, is sold out and points attendees toward the three Marriott Village properties below. This is the organizer’s dated notice, not a live room-availability check.

Request both journeys with exact addresses, your table time and planned return. Confirm each pickup; an outbound transfer does not mean the vehicle waits throughout dinner.

Is BMES 2026 at OCCC?
No. The 2026 BMES Annual Meeting is at Orlando World Center Marriott, 8701 World Center Drive. Use that exact venue when planning conference journeys; your overnight hotel may have another address.
Can I still book the host hotel?
Check directly through BMES or the hotel. The official notice reviewed October 18 says October 21 is sold out and identifies Marriott Village alternatives. SABERLANE cannot confirm room availability or event rates.
Can SABERLANE coordinate a group and dinner return?
Yes, request the hotel, restaurant, passenger and luggage details, table time and return plan. Our owned fleet includes Signature Premier, Suburban RST and a black Signature Sprinter for up to 14 passengers plus driver. Vehicle configuration, timing and availability must be confirmed.
Is a dinner transfer the same as hourly service?
No. You can request a transfer to dinner and a separately arranged return. Hourly service reserves a defined service window for an agreed itinerary. Request the option you need and confirm the conditions and total in the booking process.
Is SABERLANE an official conference partner?
No. SABERLANE provides independent private transportation. Conference admission, hotel rooms and restaurant reservations are arranged separately with their providers.
