A Dr. Phillips reservation may begin at home and finish at dinner, a hotel or the airport. Give SABERLANE the actual pickup and destination addresses so the journey can be prepared around those places. We coordinate residential entrances, community access and hotel meeting points by prior arrangement. If the passenger is visiting friends, include the host’s access instructions and a direct traveler contact. A familiar neighborhood name helps describe the area, but the reservation details and chauffeur instructions need the specific entrance where the vehicle can collect your party.
Dining plans work best when arrival and return are discussed together. Send the restaurant name and address, reservation time and the number of people traveling. If some guests need another pickup, include that stop before the route is confirmed. For the return, specify the desired time or discuss how an uncertain finish should be handled. A point-to-point ride and a requested chauffeur period are different arrangements; SABERLANE reviews the itinerary and availability before confirming. Transportation coordination does not secure a table, event ticket or special entrance, so share the instructions supplied by your venue.
Airport trips from Dr. Phillips require the airport code, airline, flight number and travel date. For someone arriving at MCO, we use the flight details to prepare the inside-terminal meeting and adjust the pickup for a delayed flight. SFB arrivals require their own Sanford meeting instructions. The route links below provide useful airport and nearby destination guidance, but a Dr. Phillips home or hotel must be named in your reservation. Do not choose a convention-center destination simply because it appears in the surrounding-area travel plan; each address has its own arrival requirements.
Business visitors can share a sequence of hotel, meeting and convention stops instead of requesting them independently at the last moment. Include the event name and entrance instructions when a venue has more than one access point. Luggage, presentation materials and additional passengers should be declared before the vehicle is assigned. If colleagues join after the first pickup, tell us where they will wait. SABERLANE confirms the vehicle for the party and bags described, with coordination in English and Spanish. Any change to the agreed sequence should be sent before the chauffeur follows a different itinerary.
Signature Sprinter: up to 4 car seats and 2 booster seats free. Other vehicles: up to 2 car seats and 2 booster seats free per service. Request them when booking; configuration and availability require confirmation. For a cruise journey, include the ship, sailing date and boarding window along with the Dr. Phillips address. Approximate driving times: MCO 30–50 min, SFB 50–80 min and Port Canaveral 75–105 min. Allow for traffic, your exact address and any stops. Enter your addresses, dates and requested stops in the reservation form. The reservation form shows your fixed transportation rate before you confirm. Complete the reservation for SABERLANE to issue written service confirmation, and keep the passenger phone available at the agreed pickup time.
