Waiting, stops and price
Airport pickups include 15 minutes from the confirmed meeting time, not from landing. Flight delays are tracked without a waiting charge. Additional pickup waiting is coordinated without a fee unless a separate Vehicle Hold, with its rate and limit, is expressly accepted in advance. Availability applies.
The first 30 minutes at each agreed stop are included. Extra stop time is charged in 15-minute blocks at 25% of the applicable hourly rate, disclosed and accepted before an extension.

Share your flight and the exact hotel or resort name in Universal Orlando. Include luggage, strollers and car-seat requests so the vehicle can be prepared for your group. For a round trip, add the return date, pickup time and exact resort address in the booking form; the return leg takes you back to MCO.
Flight details are optional when you book and can be provided later. A failed flight lookup does not prevent a booking request.
Pickup instructions
Share your airline, flight number and the full name and address of your Universal-area hotel, including the tower or entrance if applicable. On arrival at MCO, message SABERLANE at +1 689 250 0205 on WhatsApp, collect your luggage and wait inside the terminal at the agreed Meet & Greet point. We confirm the terminal, level and side for your flight. Tell us whether you are going to a hotel, CityWalk or another Universal destination before booking, because the correct entrance and drop-off instructions may differ.
Help on WhatsAppDriving times are estimates. Allow separately for arrival procedures, baggage collection and agreed stops; traffic and access to your resort may extend the journey.
