Orlando International Airport

Orlando International is the main airline gateway for Greater Orlando. Terminals A and B share the main terminal complex, while Terminal C is separate. The terminal shown for your arriving flight determines the meeting instructions and the route to Disney, Universal or your Orlando address.

Meet & Greet instructions are confirmed after the flight and terminal are reviewed. The chauffeur monitors the reported flight and coordinates the designated meeting point for Terminals A, B or C.

Share your flight details when available; you can add them after requesting the reservation. Specify the resort or full address, passengers, luggage and child-seat needs. For an international arrival, plan pickup after immigration, customs and baggage collection. Meet & Greet instructions identify your terminal and meeting point.

MCO pickup: Terminals A, B and C

Check your flight’s arrival terminal and baggage carousel on the airport screens. Collect all bags and finish arrival formalities before moving to your confirmed meeting point.
Terminals A and B: baggage claim is normally on Level 2; some carousels are on Level 1. Stay on the correct A or B side. The airport lists towncar and limousine transportation on Level 1; your driver confirms where to meet before boarding.
Terminal C: baggage claim and the Meet & Greet area are on Level 6. International arrivals collect bags before customs and leave customs into the Level 6 meeting area. Meet your driver at the confirmed point before heading to the vehicle.

Your written pickup instructions and airport signs take priority. Do not change terminal or join another transport queue without checking with your driver. For a ride to the airport, provide your airline and departure terminal; arrival meeting instructions do not determine hotel pickup time. Airport pickups include 15 minutes from the confirmed meeting time, not from landing. Existing booking and waiting conditions apply.

Choose your MCO airport transfer

Resort, hotel or convention venue?

Your destination determines the transfer. Choose the Disney or Universal route for a resort stay, or the International Drive and OCCC route for business travel. Enter the full hotel name and address: a theme park entrance, hotel lobby and convention building are different drop-off locations.

Arrival and departure are separate plans

For an arrival, share the flight and follow your confirmed inside-terminal meeting instructions. For the return to MCO, enter the pickup time at your hotel or residence and allow for the airline’s check-in guidance. Request child seats and list luggage before choosing the available vehicle category.
