Waiting, stops and price
Airport pickups include 15 minutes from the confirmed meeting time, not from landing. Flight delays are tracked without a waiting charge. Additional pickup waiting is coordinated without a fee unless a separate Vehicle Hold, with its rate and limit, is expressly accepted in advance. Availability applies.
The first 30 minutes at each agreed stop are included. Extra stop time is charged in 15-minute blocks at 25% of the applicable hourly rate, disclosed and accepted before an extension.

Share your flight and the exact hotel or resort name in Walt Disney World. Include luggage, strollers and car-seat requests so the vehicle can be prepared for your group. For a round trip, add the return date, pickup time and exact resort address in the booking form; the return leg takes you back to MCO.
Flight details are optional when you book and can be provided later. A failed flight lookup does not prevent a booking request.
Pickup instructions
Before flying, send SABERLANE your airline, flight number, arrival date, Disney resort name and full address. On landing at MCO, message +1 689 250 0205 on WhatsApp, then collect your bags and complete any arrival formalities. Your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal at the confirmed point; the terminal, level and side are provided for your flight. Stay there until you connect with the chauffeur. Confirm the resort entrance and any grocery stop in advance so the reservation details cover your complete journey.
Help on WhatsAppDriving times are estimates. Allow separately for arrival procedures, baggage collection and agreed stops; traffic and access to your resort may extend the journey.

Yes, request the store and stop when you book. Include the itinerary and space needed for purchases in the form. The reservation form shows your fixed transportation rate before you confirm. A stop added later must be agreed before changing the journey.
