Private Aviation & FBO Transfers

Private aviation arrivals are coordinated by airport, FBO and aircraft itinerary. An FBO is the ground-service facility used by your flight; it may have a different address from the airline terminal. We arrange transfers in Greater Orlando, Lakeland and Tampa Bay according to the actual facility and destination.

Hourly service from US$100/hour per vehicle, with a 3-hour minimum. Choose your preferred available vehicle in LimoFlow; the rate and final total depend on the selected category and itinerary. Direct transfers are quoted by route in the reservation form.

Your transfer includes

• Meeting point agreed with your FBO or flight contact
• Pickup time and final address coordinated in advance
• Vehicle and luggage space prepared for your party

Advance booking notice
Book at least 2 hours ahead for pickups at Orlando International (MCO), Sanford (SFB), Kissimmee Gateway (ISM), Orlando Executive (ORL) and FBOs at those airports. Pickups in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and their surrounding areas, including MIA, FLL, local FBOs, PortMiami and Port Everglades, must be booked more than 24 hours in advance. All other airports outside the Orlando group, including Daytona Beach, Melbourne, Tampa and St. Pete–Clearwater, require at least 6 hours. Pickups in Orlando for any destination, and other services including Port Canaveral, require at least 2 hours. The requirement follows the pickup location for each leg, including the return.
