Hotel and resort pickups include 30 minutes from the confirmed pickup time. Cruise terminal pickups include 30 minutes. After disembarking, collect every bag and contact your chauffeur to coordinate vehicle entry at the confirmed pickup zone.
The first 30 minutes at each agreed stop are included. Extra stop time is charged in 15-minute blocks at 25% of the applicable hourly rate, disclosed and accepted before an extension.
